ASTpack Flexitank Design

   The ASTpack Composite Design Flexitank/Flexibag convert a standard 20ft sea container 
into a 12~24KL bulk liquid transportation system. This food and pharmaceutical grade fle-
xitank is suitable for the carriage of most types of non-hazardous liquids.

    The ASTpack Composite Design Flexitank is constructed of three or four independent
food rade 3-ply co extrudedPE Film tubular and a rugged,abrasion resistant outer woven PP 
protection.It is capable of shipping up to 24,000 liters of bulk liquid.

Importance of Air Vent Assembly

• Release Air induced during loading-Eliminates air space inside Flexitank for maximum
   loading

• Anthente automatic airvent valve-automatically release of air pressure when it exceed
   0.0065 mpa

• As a loading gauge - Product in the translucent vent tube indicates a full load


Safety Bulkhead

Wings and feet on the "Safety Bulkhead" hold the flexitank in the container even. Utilizes 
the bottom loading / bottom discharging "Safety Bulkhead"
